Boot Camp Fitness

Are you looking for a fitness class that will challenge you to push your body to its limits? Well these classes are designed with your goals in mind!

This low-choreography and high-intensity class offers a challenge for all! Accountability, sprints, speed & agility work, weight training, jumping rope, plyometrics and much more come together to create a powerhouse of a workout.

Although all exercise levels are welcome to this class, it is designed for those seeking an intense boost to their workout routine. Class size is limited to 24.

Boot Camp
Session Dates:

  • Winter Session II: February 18 - March 27
  • Spring Session I: April 1 - May 8 (No class on April 3)
  • Spring Session II: May 13 - June 19
Class Days:
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays
Class Times:
  • 4:30-5:20 pm
  • 5:45-6:35 pm
  • Lower Level—Activity Center
  • Free to Activity Center Members!
  • $24.00 Non-Members per Session
  • $5.00 one time visit
